6 to 18 months

  1. Decide on the budget.
  2. Select your Destination Wedding Specialist.
  3. Select your wedding style. 
  4. Decide on size. Just the two of you or with friends and family?
  5. Choose your wedding site.Small resort or Large resort?
  6. Select your destination and hotel.
  7. Select a date.
  8. Request pricing.
  9. Finalize the booking.
  10. Obtain the legal requirements for the country.
  11. Send out invitations to guests that include:
  • Destination and hotel information
  • Price with deposit amounts and date of final payments
  • Your Destination Wedding Specialist’s contact information
  • Select bridal attire

4 to 6 months

  1. Decide on à la carte options at your resort and confirm with your wedding specialist.
  2. Follow up with guests who have not booked yet.
  3. Register to a gift registry and buy your rings.

2 to 4 months

  1. Finalize wedding attire.
  2. Look into excursions for your group.

1 to 2 months

  1. Final fitting for bridal attire.
  2. Shop for holiday wear.
  3. Confirm all details with your Destination Wedding Specialist.

Upon arrival

  1. Meet with your hotel wedding coordinator to go over documentation and final selection of flowers, cake and location.
  2. Walk around the complex to scout out the best photo locations.
